Committee
The club elects annually a management committee which comprises of volunteers to fill the various positions. The committee meets at a minimum every quarter. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in June. All parents are welcome to attend the AGM but only fully paid up members of the club are allowed to vote. Therefore, if you’d like a say in how the club is run, please join the club as a non-swimming member.

The Good Club Guides
The Good Club Guide is a series of user friendly and practical resources written by the Amateur Swimming Association to help volunteers undertake their role within a club.
The Good Club Guides are designed specifically for volunteers, to assist clubs in providing opportunities for all to achieve their potential… from the thousands of volunteers that support the sport, through to athletes, teachers and coaches. The purpose of the Good Club Guides are to guide volunteers and clubs in good practice relating to high quality club management, in order to support the needs and value the volunteers who contribute their time.
