Main aims of squad:
- To compete well at Club and County level
- To act as role models for level 1 and 2 swimmers
- To train effectively with a good understanding of training techniques

Thursday 7.30 – 8.30pm Sunday 2.30 – 4.00pm Sunday 8.00 – 9.00am Tuesday 6.30 – 7.30pm (by invitation only) |

Competitions:
Splash galas (4 galas throughout year)
Interclub competitions (when selected by coaches, these will typically be B/C grade galas)
Luton Borough Championships (1st Saturday in February – Aged 9 and over)
Bedfordshire County Championships
Open meets as selected by coaches (A/B grade)
